Working in elderly care is one of the most demanding jobs there is. Nearly eight in ten care workers have experienced symptoms associated with burnout. And somewhere in their schedule, they are also expected to keep their training up to date, which usually means a full day out of the building. Our portfolio company Primio found a smarter way, and the impact is measurable. 🙌

Primio gives care staff access to knowledge, protocols and micro-training on their phone, whenever they need it: during a break, between shifts, on the way in. The training fits around the job, not the other way around.

In 2025, Primio issued 21,796 certificates to care workers, with training time dropping by an estimated 75% vs classroom training which corresponds with 13 FTE in capacity freed.
